Este aplicativo tem o intuito de criar um canal de comunicação entre as empresas e seus clientes, para realizar o suporte, vendas, SAC e inúmeras funções que podem ser desempenhadas.
Ele possui um Chat para se comunicar com as empresas cadastradas no sistema web onde o usuário do aplicativo seleciona a empresa que deseja falar.
Depois seleciona a categoria de atendimento (Vendas, Suporte) e aguarda ser atendido por um funcionário da empresa (que está versão web do sistema).
